Energy Lake 200k - RUSA route# 462 This 125 mile (200k) Out-and-Back begins at I-24 exit 65, just outside of Cadiz, KY. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, and hotels at this exit. From Cadiz the route heads northwest to Eddyville and crosses the Cumberland River before turning south and passing thru Grand Rivers. The route continues south crossing the Barkley Canal into the Land Between the Lakes National Recreational Area. The routes midpoint is the Energy Lake Campground, where you will reverse course and head back. A general map of the Land Between the Lakes area can be found here (PDF format).
